Products must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition.

Personalized items or products with hygiene seals (e.g., underwear) cannot be returned once opened.

7. Warranty

Consumers in the EU are entitled to a 2-year legal warranty for manufacturing defects. This does not apply to damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or accidents.

3. Refund & Return Policy — GLFRSWEAR

At GLFRSWEAR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and obligations when returning items purchased from www.glfrswear.com.
This policy follows the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Dutch consumer law.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The 14-day period starts on the day you receive your order.

You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not required.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, products must:

Be unused and unworn
Be in original condition
Include all original packaging, tags, and labels

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Excluded Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

Underwear or items with a hygiene seal, once opened
Personalized or custom-made items
Gift cards (if applicable)

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refund Processing

7. Damaged or Defective Items

You are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund under the EU 2-year legal warranty for manufacturing defects.

8. Warranty (Legal Guarantee)

GLFRSWEAR provides the EU-mandated 2-year legal warranty for manufacturing defects.

This does not cover:

Wear and tear
Accidental damage
Misuse or improper care

If a defect becomes visible within 2 years that is not caused by misuse, GLFRSWEAR will repair, replace, or refund the item.
